The WB-600CH-SVCE-12 provides easy access to 12 outlets and has a front panel that provides voltage/current displays and utility outlets for charging peripherals. All connected equipment is safe and sound thanks to best-in-class surge protection of power, coax, and telephone/Ethernet – plus noise filtration for purer audio/video performance. Now THAT’S professional grade power. Thanks to a flexible and durable design that’s 12.48” deep, this chassis power conditioner is the perfect platform for stacking equipment inside a cabinet or on a shelf – and keeping the whole system running smoothly. Place multiple devices on top of it, without worrying about plugs getting in the way or components hanging off the edge. Adjustable feet ensure that it sits securely on any surface – and if you want to rack mount it, simply use the included rack ears. The product’s front panel provides individual real time displays of voltage and current, utility outlet, dual USB charging that supports up to 2A total current draw, and a convenient power button that controls the switched outlets. A backlit power button controls the system's switched outlets and indicates they are turned on, while diagnostic LEDs provide visual feedback for safe voltage protection and proper system grounding. Powering up large systems all at once can cause an in-rush of current that could potentially trip the circuit breaker or disrupt other equipment. Also, in audio systems, you want the amplifiers to turn on after the preamps to prevent audible "pops" from connected speakers. The sequencing feature takes care of both issues, turning on amplifiers and other high current equipment last. Similarly, when powering the system down, these same components will be turned off first. A 12V DC is provided to allow triggering from a control system or other component. For example, hook the A/V receiver to the always on outlet then use its 12V trigger output to feed back to the power conditioner's 12V input. Just turn on the receiver and all other source components turn on, too. A separate 12V trigger output is engaged after the last sequenced outlet turns on. This is perfect for letting a control system know everything powered up, or as a trigger to another power conditioner to turn on. Ever noticed a light that dimmed for a few seconds during a storm? This low-voltage condition is typically caused by power grid issues - and it can have an adverse effect on your equipment.
